Deals & Drinks: Ferndale and Oak Park Commercial Property Showcase

The Ferndale Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 6th bi-annual Commercial Property Showcase presented by Comcast Business Class on Thursday, March 21, 2013 to showcase the available commercial property in Ferndale and Oak Park and promote the area as a thriving, revitalized, centrally-located region in which to grow a business.

This after-hours Deals & Drinks event attracts tenants or buyers looking for property, commercial real estate brokers, investors, site consultants, and others. Visitors will be handed full-color programs with full-page highlight sheets of available properties ranging from retail to office to industrial.

The event will take place from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the headquarters of Garden Fresh Gourmet and will kick off with a special optional bus tour from 4:00 pm to about 5:00 pm. Representatives from Ferndale and Oak Park will guide us through some of the redevelopment ready districts and highlight four available properties and one recently redeveloped office building.

Then from 4:30 – 6:30 pm, we will present a cocktail reception featuring complimentary locally-made beverages from B. Nektar and Valentine Vodka and amazing food prepared by Garden Fresh founder Jack Aronson.

While there, attendees will be invited to take a unique optional tour of Garden Fresh’s production facility and learn how their HPP process is changing the face of all natural food production.
